Safe Plates for Food Managers is an evidence-based, interactive food safety training course developed by NC State University. This course prepares participants for a CFP-ANSI accredited Certified Food Protection Manager exam from Prometric. The virtual format allows participants to go through content at their own pace with instructors available for questions and exam review in real time.
Registration can be completed at go.ncsu.edu/spfm-online, and immediate access to the course is granted upon registration.
