Join us on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:00-2:00 pm for strategies to prevent or manage chronic disease, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or being overweight.

Safe Plates for Food Managers
Safe Plates is a food safety training that satisfies the FDA Model Food Code requirement for a certified food protection manager.Location: Northampton County Cooperative Extension office, Jackson, NC

Health Extension For Diabetes
This program is for people who have been diagnosed with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes to learn self-management skills to better manage diabetes and prevent complications.Classes starting MARCH 2, 2026, in the Northampton County Extension Workroom
