NC 4-H Volunteer Leaders' Conference Logo

North Carolina 4-H Volunteer Leaders’ Conference was held virtually February 5–6, 2021. Over 240 4-H Volunteers from across North Carolina representing 65 counties participated in the conference.

While attending the conference, delegates could participate in interactive virtual workshops with topics ranging from using technology to connect with youth to connecting people with cultural cuisine. Conference attendees had opportunities to connect with and learn from fellow 4-H volunteers, 4-H Specialists with NC State  Extension, and other subject matter professionals. While at the conference, delegates were able to elect and install new officers for the North Carolina 4-H Volunteer Leaders’ Association. During the conference, attendees celebrated and recognized 4-H Volunteer award winners and were able to pause and reflect on their contributions as 4-H volunteers in communities across the state.

North Carolina 4-H Volunteer Leaders’ Conference is sponsored by North Carolina Electric Cooperatives. 4-H is North Carolina’s largest youth development organization, equipping 143,933 young people each year with the skills to succeed and improve the world around them.
