container greensAre you finding it hard to keep up with your resolution to eat healthy a few months into the New Year? If you’re looking for delicious recipes from vegetables you’ve grown, we’ve got the class for you! Join N.C. Cooperative Extension in Currituck County on April 23, 2020, from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. to learn how to create beautiful and edible container gardens filled with numerous salad greens. Stick around for the second half of class where we will learn to prepare healthy and delicious lunches cut straight from our container garden. Lunch, your container garden, and all the delicious recipes are included in the $20.00 class fee.

Reserve your seat today by completing the class registration and payment at adultcontainersaladgreens.eventbrite.com. We are accepting cash and check payments in addition to paying via credit card through Eventbrite. Please, make checks payable to NC State University. Checks and cash payments can be received at the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Currituck County office located at 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917 prior to class. Class size is limited and full registration, including payment, is required to hold your spot.
